If you are already our client, and this is a design related matter, please send your feedback and thoughts to your designer first. The fastest path to a high quality, matching-expectations design is clear and direct feedback. If you feel you've given your designer feedback multiple times and you are still not getting the output you would like, please contact your project manager in charge via the chatbot on both our website and our app, and they'll get a designer swap started for you.
